Balli has over 13 years of experience within the insurance industry. She has previously worked as an accident benefit adjuster for a large, high risk auto insurance company for over 7 years. While there, Balli’s primary function was adjusting serious injury claims.

She also has extensive knowledge in the field of rehabilitation, having worked at a multi-disciplinary clinic for 3 years prior to joining the Kahler team. Balli’s function at the Kahler Law Firm is to manage Accident Benefits files from beginning to final settlement.

Balli communicates in Punjabi and Hindi. In addition to her diploma as Office Assistant from Sheridan College, she is a licensed paralegal and a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
