
Prior to joining the Firm, Scott’s practice was focused on the defence of a broad range of insurance litigations matters including first party claims for Statutory Accident Benefits and third party motor vehicle accident claims. His practice also involved the defence of a wide variety of casualty, liquor liability, product liability, priority and loss transfer disputes, subrogation and property damage cases. He has conducted numerous pre-hearings, pre-trials and mediations. He has independently conducted jury trials and arbitrations before the Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
Scott is pleased to bring that experience and perspective to the Plaintiff’s Bar. Scott is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Advocates Society.
When away from his litigation practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
